Elena Goos

Professional Certified Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. Strategic consultant. Specialized in coaching as a career and in diversity management.
Elena graduated from the University of Trieste in Political Science and has an MBA in International Business from the MIB School of Management. After lengthy experience in strategic consultancy in the financial sector, in Corporate Governance and Executive Search, she followed her enthusiasm for coaching and was trained by Menslab, becoming a Systemic Evolutionary Coach. She is an NLP Master Practitioner and has been an ICF International Certified Coach since 2015.

Since 2010 she has been active in Executive Coaching, Executive Search and Board Advisory, for company leaders in some of the largest listed companies, family investment companies and financial institutions.

At the Italian Stock Exchange, where she was Manager of the Blue Chip Segment, of the Market for Investment Vehicles, and Head of Institutional Investors, she spent seven years of her professional life in boosting the listing of Italian companies (IPO) and maintaining the liquidity and capitalization of those companies already listed by means of international roadshows and technical events in Italy and abroad.

Previously she had worked for six years at McKinsey and Company in Milan and London as European Manager for Asset Management and Consultant specialized in the financial sector, supporting the firm’s clients in their strategic decisions.

Particularly active in the sphere of diversity management, she is the Mentor Coach of the Professional Women Association and has been nominated in the list of women ‘Ready for Board’ compiled by the PWA. She is also a member of the Steering Committee of D Club, the network between women of talent belonging to the Italian financial world.
