She has ICF credentials as PCC – Professional Certified Coach and is certified as an Ontological Coach by Rafael Echeverria and Julio Olalla and as a systemic evolutionary coach by Menslab. Specialized in neuro-linguistic programming she has gained the title of NLP Licensed Master Practitioner with Menslab and the Society of NLP.
She is passionate about how communication influences and expands work processes and the relationships used to create the results desired by individuals and organizations. All her activities have the objective of raising the value of human resources. By means of organized coaching and the analysis of communicative processes, she offers her clients spaces for reflection which provide the possibility of understanding the strategic opportunities which are useful for the development of their business.
In her professional activity she develops high-impact coaching programs and offers workshops and conferences directed to professionals and working teams.

Before beginning her career as a coach, Monica worked as a marketing manager in companies such as Coca Cola, Procter & Gamble, Campari and Sol Meliá.
