Peter Busby

Peter Busby is from London and graduated in Business Studies from the South Bank University. He moved to Italy over 25 years ago after meeting his then-girlfriend in London.

He is perfectly bilingual, having spent more than 20 years in the marketing departments of firms like Fiat Chrysler, Whirlpool and Ipsos, with ever-increasing roles and responsibilities.

In 2012 he began training with Corporate CoachU Italia to become a professional coach and then furthered his training with Menslab – Coaching and Training in order to become a certified Mentor Coach and Supervisor.

He is a Master Certified Coach with a credential recognised by the ICF – the International Coach Federation.

Peter-Busby

From 2016 to 2018 he was the ICF Local Ambassador for the Lazio region, to make sure the highest standards both for the coaching profession and the ICF were upheld.

He coaches individuals and teams, with his clients typically being executives and managers. He works personally with his clients or online, spanning all 5 continents.
He has over 1400 hours of coaching to his name.

He is also an experienced trainer of managers and professionals (soft skills).

Along with his coaching and training, he also offers mentor coaching and supervision to students from the Menslab school but also to other coaches who want to acquire an ICF credential.

His greatest achievement: realising how important listening to your people is, even by just being available, but also spending more time on tomorrow’s rather than today’s issues.
